SHIPPING INFORMATION

I ship worldwide, you will also have the option of standard shipping with & without tracking at checkout. Depending on the efficiency of your post office, tracking may be a safer option.

Shipping & Processing Times:

1-4 business days to process and ship out your order. I ship everything via Hong Kong Post. 

Delivery Time (estimations) 

Hong Kong: 1-3 business days
Asia: 5-7 business days
Europe: 10-14 business days
United States: 10-14 business days
Other: 10-30 business days

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose, and all packages are subject to customs delays, which may cause your package to take up to a few months to arrive

My items still haven't arrived, can you please check for me?

If you did not purchase tracking, there is nothing I can do about this. Packages can take up to a few months if held by customs, or end up being returned to me. I will not be responsible for items not arriving and will not be able to give you a refund nor will I be able to reship unless tracking was paid for, or unless the package is returned to me.  

If you purchased tracking, please track your package through Hong Kong Post with the tracking number provided. 

My items arrived damage, can you provide me with a refund?

If you did not purchase tracking (which includes insurance), I am not responsible for any damages or losses caused by the post office. 

If you upgraded to tracking, I will refund you or send you a replacement mail

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Pre-order Shipping

If your cart includes a pre-order item, your other items will be held until pre-order items arrive and will be shipped together. If you would like other items faster, please purchase them separately. 

Exchanges & Returns

Custom orders, certain pins and items purchased during a sale or discount cannot be returned. I will gladly accept returns if you ship back items within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds

Refunds will only be given within the first 24 hours of placing your order. Orders which include a pre-order item are not eligible for refund. All sales otherwise are final and I do not offer cancellation, exchanges or refunds. 

Do you take custom orders?
